Your inner bully is fueled by negativity and can be crushed by positivity. How can I accomplish that? I’m glad you asked! Every time you have a negative thought crush it with positivity, immediately. Do not allow your mind to process negative thoughts about yourself or these thoughts will manifest and take control of your soul and spirit.
Have you ever received a compliment that changed your whole mood? I have! One day, I was having a bad hair day and a stranger complimented my hair, that made my day! Not only did my posture change but so did my attitude.
Why?
Because positivity has the power to alter our mindset. What if you complemented yourself every day? Oh, the limitless possibilities that could result!
A negative person speaks negatively, the same is for a positive person. The pure utterance of our speech flows from our hearts. What we say is how we really feel, think and believe.

Nah, that’s not true. Our heart speaks truth and most often when under pressure we speak the most truth. If your heart is not speaking positivity, start feeding your heart positivity. Then your speech will mimic you heart.
